My 3 year old has been using these since she was about 1. She has two of them and an extra pack of bite nozzle things. We tried many different straw cups and they all leaked and most were hard to clean. This one is fairly simple and doesn't leak except if the bitey part gets pushed in a little when in use. It kind of clicks into place so it is pretty noticable if it is out of position. When the mouthpiece is in the closed position the bottle has never leaked. Cleaning is pretty easy. I just throw the bite nozzle in a glass in the sink with some bleach water in it and let it soak.I see that there is a newer model of this bottle, but naturally the bite nozzles from this bottle are not compatible with the new model, so we will just stick to the original version for a while. The bite nozzles do wear out eventually and need to be replaced.Overall, this is an excellent bottle and we like them very much.I bought this to use as a water bottle for my son to take to kindergarten. It's been in use 5 days a week for over a month now and is holding up well. It does not leak and I like that it can be cleaned easily. He can open and close the lid part easily on his own. He loves the design. It's a good size for smaller (pre-school, elementary age) kids.Looks exactly as pictured and my daughter loves having a 'neigh neigh' on her cup. It took a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to drink as she's only 2 but now drinks without an issue. The main issue with this cup is that the straw stays filled up so if it gets bumped or say chewed on by a toddler water comes pouring out. I also had an issue with the straw coming out slightly from the bottom and then leaking. It took me a minute to realize the straw wasn't completely on track and was an easy fix but it's just a little more difficult than some of her other water bottles. Overall, this is one of her favorites because of the design but as the mom it's just alright.Love this little water bottle. Holds a perfect amount for my toddler and is definitely durable. It took him a few tries to figure out the spout but once he got it, he’s been doing great with it. Not completely leak proof as the spout holds some water after drinking from it and if it’s dropped or thrown on the floor (again, toddlers) it may leak a little bit won’t spill out. Recommended!I have been buying these eddy water bottles for my kids for about 8 years. We have never had one break, which is saying a lot when you have 3 very rough boys who act like it's their sole purpose in life to break everything! I will continue to buy camelbak for my kids they are seriously the best.I've been repurchasing these cups for years now and they never disappoint me. They are as spill proof as it gets and the kids love them. Easy to drink from, easy to clean, last a long time, and they're cute! It seems easy to clean, but it can’t be on its side or upside down for any length of time. It’s been an issue for us in the car or if left on the floor knocked over. If we don’t notice it right away, then we have a mess on our hands.My son loves this cup and so do I, I love the cup because it doesn't leak its easy to clean also since my son loves the cup e drinks more water !My kids (4 and 2 - Both boys) have been slowly destroying their drinking cup collection over time. We have bought cheap ones ... expensive ones ..... all very different in their execution but essentially a plastic bottle (BPA free in some cases) with a straw solution and a lid of some sort. These cups are a world apart. I would say they are middle of the road in terms of price (Circa £12 each) But they are excellent. Make no mistake this is the best cup your child will own. The main body of the cup is a nice solid plastic with great deco art. The lid and strap solution is great. When you flip the spout up to close it seals the straw tight which means zero leaks. I will report back in 2 or 3 months to see if that holds true. The bottle is a sold feel and it would appear that the manufacturer has not compromised on build quality. Unlike other cups everything fits and is tight. Its top rack dishwasher safe and my kids love them.The best thing is that I can order replacement parts if they do get lost of destroyed.My summary is as followsLook 10/10Build 10/10Durability - Yet to be proven (21/11) but I would say 9/10Overall 10/10Buy this cupProduct works really well and has a good size, but the tip is hard to keep clean inside and we are worried about the mold growing there. The straw is easily lost if refilling out and about and insanely expensive to repair. Finally there's also an issue buying things from Camelbak, which I wasn't aware of at the time. They are part of an American outdoors company, that sells well-known semi-automatic rifles, so I would not support today.Die Flasche ist nun seit ca 1,5 Monaten täglich im Einsatz. Meine Tochter trinkt daraus nur Wasser. Die Flasche wird täglich gereinigt und über Nacht zum austrocknen auf ein Küchentuch gestellt. Leider hab ich nun Schimmelspuren im „Mundstück“ entdeckt! Ich finde das fatal!!!!Brilliant water bottle for children. My nearly 4 year old daughter has gone through several water bottles and all have eventually degraded after a relatively short time- chewing the straws, dropping and smashing the bottle, unable to thoroughly clean the straw, leak etc. So far this is our second camelbak bottle. Purchased one for nursery and one for everyday use, at home and out and about. Its quite large, but easy for my little one to hold and open the straw and close herself. Doesn't leak! the rubber straw feels very durable and replacement straws can be purchased (great for chewers!) We only use this with water so not sure how it would hold up with juice. The straw can be removed fairly easily but is a little tricky to clean just because of the tiny valve at the end. I run warm soapy water through it to clean and flush with fresh water - this would be particularly important with juices. Bottle itself feels of great quality, This has been dropped a few times and so far survived without so much as a scratch! The internal straw can be removed although we have kept it in place and not found a need to tip the bottle to reach the last dregs. A great size to hold enough water for a day out. Come in a variety of prints and designs to help encourage little ones to drink and also recognise their own bottle out of so many at preschool! Recommended.Ich habe diese Flasche für meine Töchter (3 Und 6 Jahre) gekauft. Sie sieht toll aus aber das war's auch schon. Ich war total enttäuscht. Erstmal läuft die Flasche aus, da hab ich mir bei dem Preis mehr versprochen . Und das System des trinken find ich auch blöd. Sa gewöhnt man sein Kind den Schnuller aber wegen der Zähne und dann kauft man so ne Flasche. Die Kids müssen auf das trinkventil beißen um dann trinken heraus zu bekommen. Total blödsinnig . Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen auch nicht verstehen . Ich würde von den Kauf abraten, da gibt es echt bessere Trinkflaschen.
