Ok, to me it's hard to review something that depends on one's personal taste. To me, all exercise bars these days are like candy bars that make people feel like they're not eating a candy bar. Hint: look at the ingredients, fat, carbs, etc on an "energy bar" and then look at a candy bar. Yup, very little difference. After doing a lot of anal research, I picked this Lara Bar (not all Lara bars, just this one) as the healthiest with a very good energy kicker. I just tried them for the first time and I'm hooked. Not too sweet, salty, fruity, nutty. What else do you need? I used to do triathlons and might be inclined to add some calories if I was doing a race (I'd probably need 10 of these in a race), but come on folks, when you want a mid-afternoon snack and do regular exercise, this is second best to popping nuts and fruits. My kids like them as well, though of course I made the mistake of getting the macadamia nut Cliff bar. Those taste great, but probably fall closer to a snickers than a lara bar in terms of nutrition and fat calories.
