In the market for a bralette that would actually work for my larger ladies, I decided to give this a shot. I love Wacoal but do find the sizing runs smaller than other brands, and this was no exception. I'm typically a 34DD or 36D; Wacoal, generally the latter. The 36 band on this is too tight for comfortable all day wear, and it folds in on itself in front. The cups *just* fit; if you are larger than a generous D I can't see how this would work for you.I do really like the material--unlike a lot of all-lace bras, this is very comfy and doesn't itch--and the teal is a lovely color. I wear this with outfits where I want the deep plunge and don't need intense support, or when it's really hot out and I don't want to deal with underwire. it does provide enough support and shaping for my frame that I feel confident wearing it under even close-fitting t shirts. It does provide some "shielding" despite the sheer material.In sum: like most Wacoals, this is very well made and runs on the small side for standard sizing. Fabric and fit won't be for everyone.I know from buying Wacoal bras that I need a size 36, even though my ribcage is 32 inches around. The reason why is they have a ugly tendency to cause the back fat bumps if I don't get a much larger size.This bra at this size doesn't cause back fat, but the cups are a bit too big. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful bra. My man loves when I wear it. The only problem I have is in finding matching underwear in this color.I got the bright blue color, and it is even prettier in person.It is a sturdy bra to be made of such delicate material. It gives my breasts a nice, subtle boost and lends to a very shapely profile.This bra gives my breasts a little too much support. I'm typically a 32 or 34DD, so you'd think I need the support. But since I heard about the french study that demonstrates supporting your breasts causes them to sag, I don't want support. I just want something to keep my nipples from being as apparent, but not completely invisible (because, Free The Nipple!). This bra works for that.This is a great bra --- finally!! hallelujah! I've been trying to find a comfortable bra and it's SO DIFFICULT. I am normally a 30DD, but in Wacoal sizes I'm more like a 32DDD. In this bra I ordered the 32 and the band fits fine. I currently am wearing it on the loosest setting and it's quite tight enough but not overly tight. This bra is supportive even though there is no wire in the band. My only wish is that the cups had some lining, instead of just lace. I'm concerned about a nip-situation. I bought this as just my "at home" bra but it's so comfy it would be great if I could wear it out and about. If anyone knows of a similar bra with a little lining in the cup, holler at'cha girl.I am a 34DD and the large doesn't cover me completely. Slight side boob action. It's tight around the chest and I have it on the longest latch. I bought this solely for wearing around the house, so I don't mind that it offers very little support. I would have returned for larger size; however, it was $10 more when I checked. My husband liked it and couldn't tell that it was too small, so I guess I'm keeping it.Too large around the chest. Went a size up (from 32 to 34) because of the reviews but regretted that decision.I really like it! Surprised it actually supports. I did not buy this for all day wear but rather for gentle support around the house or to wear with certain dresses. It, gives more support than expected and is comfortable.What is the use of these see-through, padless bras? Even as a woman with zero bust, I want coverage so I don't stick out of my clothing. The lace is pretty and I appreciate the triangular neckline and lack of wires -- support it with a thin padding and I'd be sold.Obsessed with Wacoal bras with no under wire! I have a few different styles and they never disappoint.
