Not great but not terrible. It will work if you cannot have wheat but absolutely love bread.Over priced. It was green when it arrived.Listen people, I have tried many gluten free breads and this is the most wonderful tasting and delicious product available I promise!! I lucked up on it while shopping at Walmart-and now am hoping to find it online. The price of 44+ bucks must be wrong-it seriously only cost 3.50 per loaf. You must try this with a french toast recipe-it works super for that as well!
