This is one of the better penne g/f pasta’s. I’ve tried several, and prefer this in river the brown rice pasta. Holds it shape well, even froze up lunch meals and reheated. Good texture and flavor. Best for fresh - tends to crumble if refrigerated overnight (but the texture is fine as long as it's stored in a sauce.)This pasta has 4 whole grains that doesn't include any wheat flour and the taste is just as good, if not better, than white flour pasta. There is nothing missing from the taste of this great pasta. Love it!.My wife has a gluten intolerance so getting quality food items is limited. It is pretty hard to find top quality gluten free pasta. have used this product before and was satisfied with it. It is worth buying!
