I've had this cookbook for years until it was so well worn it needed replacing. Also getting a copy for my daughter. Clear instructions and wonderful recipes. Vegan and macrobiotic influences. Clean eating but really delicious! Some of my many favorite recipes are her "not too sweet" granola, the braised red cabbage, quick pressed cabbage salad, oatmeal muffins ( a staple), Raspberry almond torte cookies (which I often make with walnuts instead of almonds) and peanut butter cookies. And many more.
