Hard tire replacement for my Toro. Pack center hub by hand with grease. Save your old hardware, you might need it. Took less than 30 minutes to install.Fits perfectly. Slide out the inner sleeves from your old wheels and slide them into the new wheels. Grease the new wheels UNTIL GREASE COMES OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF EACH WHEEL. Takes quite a few pumps for the grease to start coming out initially, but after that just a few pumps when it’s time to grease again. Slightly firmer ride when mowing, but not annoyingly more. Well worth getting. The grease fittings work exactly as engineered. I read some reviews here that the grease fittings were “useless” because there is no hole all the way through the bushing. Obviously those people have no idea how these type wheel bushings are designed to work. There isn’t supposed to be a hole through the bushing. If there was, it would only lubricate one side. By design grease is forced behind the bushing first filling that cavity, then into the center of the hub and out both the inner and outer bushings at the same time. It takes several pumps to fill the cavity first, but works exactly as designed. Reuse the sleeve from your original wheels and bolt on the wheel. Grease them and you’re on your way. Trust me… they work. Just pump grease in them until you see grease come out both sides of the bushing. The ride is indeed firmer on hard ground and gravel, but wasn’t very noticeable on my lawn. Definitely worth it for me to not worry about flats.Being that these are flat across the tread you lose about an inch to inch and a quarter of height. May have to adjust the front of your deck up to compensate for the height difference. Also you will need to reuse the spacer thats in the center of your old rim.Fit was perfect for my Toro 42"Tired of my front tires going flat... Sure these are hard rolling on tough terrain... not a lot of cushion on bumpy yards.... but they are solid performers... no issues at all. They came fast and installed easily. Make sure you take the bearings out of the stock wheels (they slide right out) and smear a little grease on them before installing. Do they ride a little rougher? Yes they do but I'm not driving it down the highway either. FYI if you drop the drive tire pressure 5 lbs. or so the ride is a little better. FYI it's way easier than re inflating the front tires every time I need to mow the lawn making them worth the money.Yes, rougher ride then before. Didn’t really notice next few times I mowed
