We use the genus species, Matricaria recutita , commonly known as German or Wild Chamomile. This type of chamomile is depicted in Egyptian hieroglyphics & was used medicinally for its skincare benefits. The flowers of chamomile have anti-inflammatory properties & are used to calm dry, itchy skin & naturally even complexion.
Calendula
