Mind Traps is a book that you will refer back to often when you find yourself trapped in ungodly thought patterns that keep you bound. Mind Traps teaches people how to get free through sound biblical teaching in every area they may be stuck in that keeps those thought cycles going, that are not healthy. Judith gives her own testimony in many places throughout this book of her own experience in being trapped in her thought life and how the Lord set her free and taught her through scripture how to stay free. She teaches how our thoughts affect our speech and heart attitudes. And without a Godly thought life we will not have the walk with the Lord we were intended to have. I highly recommend this book for everyone, it's a wonderful tool to go along side with your Bible study. I also recommend it to be used for any Bible study group as a tool in helping people in their thought life according to the will and word of God. I recommend that you order more then one copy because you will want to give it away to someone you know.
