Overall I am completely satisfied with this Zippo I purchased it for my husband's birthday and it took me some time to find the right one or the right person/company to order from I do like the black ice it makes it really stand out engraving is done perfect it was hard for me to decide the font I had seen a previous review and like the way that it was done so I sent a picture in reference to that. I will say communication is quick fast no hassle very friendly. Even ordering sending the information of what I wanted getting a response and it being shipped to me remarkable just in time for his birthday tomorrow just what I wanted . I was so anxious to see it honestly pictures don't do justice it is a fabulous piece. Something for him to have. I 100% recommend ordering this don't second-guess yourself don't keep looking if this is what you're looking for go ahead and just buy it now.
