My pit has a heart murmur and it was recommended by his vet that he take these every day. Hooch enjoys the flavor, his coat is shiny, and his heart murmur hasn’t gotten any worse (along with other meds helping with that). All around a good product. My senior dog is having joint and heart issues. This product was recommended by my vet. I just throw the capsule in with his food and he doesn't even realize he got it. :)My vet prescribed this as well as Dasuquin https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000MCVGEA?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details for relief of pain & to strengthen her joints. My dog feels through her food as she wolfs it down and will spit out anything foreign (except for Milk-Bones, meats, & treats, of course). So I dispensed this product, as directed, by squeezing the oil onto the food. She gobbled it down & after doing that for 6-8 months, it got to be a mess. Then we switched to throwing the whole gel-cap in the bottom of her bowl…and discovered it gone when she was done. Now, it’s a whole lot easier (and cleaner).Has really helped my dog with his joint pain and stiffness.I have a dog with severe Spring allergies. He’s recently started getting allergy shots. The first shot lasted 4 weeks instead of the estimated 8 weeks. After the second shot, they told us to get these fish oil pills and they’re really helping. So far he’s 6 weeks past the last allergy shot. Plus he loves them! And the other dog gets one too because they smell so good (to him).Ever had your dog not want to eat things that’s good for them? Well this they will eat!!! I squeeze the capsule in their food they absolutely love it! Not only that cleared up my dogs eye from being super cloudy, seems like they are walking around better, their coats are shinier and healthier and they are all around happier!! Thank you for making this awesome product!!My older dog suffers from arthritis and I’ve tried many a fish oil. The pump ones seem to oxidise and turn bad so I went with a pill version instead. So far I believe it’s helping although not a miracle worker as some would have you believe. It’s a good source of omegas so I’m sticking with it for my girl.I can't give fantastic "this has changed my dog's life!" kind of reviews, because I started giving my dog this before she started having any age related issues. I can say that her coat is much softer and shinier with fish oil, but I've been using it to support joint and brain/heart/all that function for 6 years. It's the same suppliment you buy at your vet office, and, after plenty of research, is my number 1 choice for fish oil. It isn't messy, and no noticeable smell. The snip tips are super easy to give. I only broke it open the one time when I first introduced it to her 6 years ago so that she could smell the oil inside, and she has taken with glee faithfully every day afterward. But it's not the lack of mess, measuring, or other general difficulty that made me choose this product. If it were the most difficult frustrating fish oil to give, I would still choose it. The numbers for this one are just better than any other that I could find. I wish I could remember the stats so that I could share them, but my memory is soooo short. All I can remember is that I was really impressed, and felt really safe giving it to my dog. The Bayer snip tips are also part of a... Shoot. It's some kind of group that gets its resources in a sustainable way or something. I can't remember!! That makes me sad, lol.
